The Document Controller maintains organized project documents, registers, submissions and revision tracking for office and project teams.The role requires accuracy, file discipline, Excel knowledge and professional follow-up with internal departments.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain incoming and outgoing document registers.
  • Control revisions, submissions and approvals.
  • Coordinate with project and admin teams.
  • Keep digital and physical records organized.

Requirements

  • Experience with document control or project administration.
  • Strong Excel and file management skills.
  • Attention to detail and professional communication.
  • Arabic and English communication preferred.
Certificates / education

Qualifications

  • Diploma or office administration background preferred.
  • Document control experience is an advantage.
  • Good computer and filing skills.
